On the other hand, they can also mention internal customer, which means the employees working for the company. It's a common idea in Marketing or Management, that it's important to value or satisfy not only the external customer, but also the internal customer. A successful company not only must sell well, but also have good employees that are willing to work their best for their company.
  • They are those individuals and organization outside the company that directly or indirectly avails the products and services provided by the said company.
  • Individuals who'll buy a new software system off the shelf
  • An advertising agency that has contracted your company to develop a software program.

Good customer service is important because customers are turning their backs to businesses that do not deliver value. And great customer support adds value! There's no way around it. No shortcuts. Customers demand value for money, or they are out of the door. And if that customer feels bad about how he or she has been treated, she will tell her friends about it. Or even worse, drop a note in a user group or other forum that is heavily trafficked
1.the comsuming habit is different. each country is different.

2.necklace for example, some country like wood necklace, but in China, customer will be very few.

3.some customer like to ask for discount, but some countries do not.

4.some country like cheap things, and some like high quality things.
