It would depend on a lot of factors, but it is generally a good place to live. There are a lot of things going on. It is a small city by international standards, so it is easy to get around. It is not too hot. It can be expensive, but affordable. It is relatively safe. Everyone's experience would be different, and some may find it more difficult to live in, like if they were living in a not so nice area, or if they were unemployed.
