A judicial recall is a legal motion to revoke a given office-holder's election and remove him/her from office.
Politicians can be removed in various different ways (depending on where you live). First, the president as well as members of the Judicial Brance (Supreme Court Justices) can be removed via impeachment. Local politicians, however, can be removed in some states by a method called recall. Recall only applies to local governments, such as the governor or state senators and representatives in states that allow recall.
