The key signature is E flat major, which is also, C minor, the relative minor of E flat major. You can find out what flat key signature you're in by finding the second to last flat (in this case E flat). It is the major version of that key signature!

That would be the key Eb Major (or its relative minor key: C minor). Those are the only diatonic keys that would have a Bb, Eb, Ab and a D natural (the 9th on your Cm9).

I would assume Eflat major

but it is more likely G minor or possibly Bb major. this is a very vague question because these chords could technically be in any key with accidentals
