What is klismaphilia?

Klismaphilia is the sexual desire and interest in enemas. An enema is the internal flushing, via water or other liquid, of the bowels and the rectum. Klismaphilia is getting desire gratification from such activities. It is not the same as getting sexual gratification from excrement.
