What is ko?

Answer:
Ko is a term used in a game called Go (Japanese), Weiqi (Chinese) or Baduk (Korean). It is one of the most played and oldest games in the world. It is very popular in Asia and is growing throughout the world.

Ko refers to surrounding a piece or group of pieces on three sides, leaving a single opening. Closing that opening kills that group and they are eliminated from the board scoring points against the owner of the pieces.
