First person's answer:A literal/direct translation doesn't make sense in french, so the best way of translating it is probably "sans oublier" which means "without forgetting".
Second person's answer: it is simply "N'oublions pas". Again, not a direct translation but this is what is normally seen on Remembrance Day materials in Quebec and the rest of Canada
