Yes, the do work. this is because they make you feel full up so you are unable to eat. and if your are training this means you are burning more calroies than you are consuming. fair enough this is not exactly healthy but i work and you are only for a short period of time, as long as you are only taking one a day this means you eat come about 2 oclock then you are fin for the rest of the day. therefore your are eating so it is not as unhealthy as taking two a day and not eating atall you can get away without eating because they will give u a buzz so u have energy to train without eating they dnt sound great but i lost 2 stone in one month only taking one pill a day, imgian what you could lose by taking two a day all tho i would not remomend it.
