No, it's worse. If you're ill, and your temperature is low, that means your body is unable to maintain temperature. A high temperature from fever signals that your body is taking action against the infection/illness, but a low temperature means a lack of activity in the immune system. However, healthy body temperatures often falls significantly below the commonly cited value of 98.6°F, including as low as low as 96.9 °F. The currently accepted normal range for oral temperature is 98.2±1.3 °F and temperature may vary as much as ±1°F over the course of a day in a single healthy individual. The medical condition of hypothermia (low body temperature) is generally accepted as 95°F (35°C) or below.

∙ 9y agodepends on what is your temperature. If it's 34 it's not very bad... it means your just weak. But if it's lower than 34 and it's always like that it means you have a weak immune system. It is bad. You should go to your doctor.
To prevent low temperature in your body... you should drink more water. Eat more fruits. And eat meat fish and all the products that contain milk and meat.

How can a high temperature damage your body?
If you were to look at the microbiology aspect of the human body, high temperatures (above 105) do not allow all the proteins in your body to form correctly. Proteins in high temperatures start to denature or unfold and cannot perform properly. Not to mention that if you are exposed to high temps for a long period of time you would get extremely dehydrated. If you've been seriously dehydrated then you know how bad that can be.
