COCOA- an object-oriented programming API for Mac OS X
Cocoa is object oriented programming environments comprising of an integrated editor/compiler/interface builder and a set of frameworks (dynamically linked libraries) which store almost all of the typical objects (and their methods) you might want in an application. As well as Objective-C, Cocoa programs can also be written in Java, even AppleScript, perl or python.
Mac OS X is mostly written in Objective C utilising Apple's Cocoa frameworks (See links below). Some core aspects of the system are written in C. probably objective-C ... which is mac's version of C++ - which other opperating systems (and everything else) is written in ... and C of course, which is an older version of C++. Though if you want to be technical, that code has to be compiled into Assembly language and or machine code - which the processor understands.
if you mean make an app, buy a mac, get Xcode, learn how to program objective C (cocoa touch) get a dev lisence, release it on the app store :)
Objective-C was created in 1986.

C is not a object-oriented language, hence object does not exist in C

Cocoa beans can be used to make cookies. You need wheat and cocoa beans, crafted like this: E E E E E E T C T E = Empty T = Wheat C = Cocoa beans Each crafting will give you 8 cookies. Each cookie heals a half heart.
