Usually, ammonia in water solution is presented as NH3.H2O (sometimes NH4OH which is rather incorrect)

then

NH3.H2O + HCl = NH4Cl + H2O

but also this reaction is correct

NH3 + HCl = NH4Cl

No reaction, AgCl is a solid precipitate, it is more stable as a solid and will not react with NaOH.
