A step-by-step "how-to" instruction.

Nettle has been used for many things over the years. I believe that the most well known use is its' alleged pain-killing properties. Nettle's root affects hormones and proteins that carry sex hormones (such as testosterone or estrogen) in the human body. A clinical trial has also indicated that it reduces the symptoms of allergies, including sneezing and coughing.
