As a ballistic missile is one that is only powered on the upward portion of its flight and relies on a sub-orbital arc to then reach its target, it logically follows that a non-ballistic missile is one that is powered throughout its flight: An example of a non-ballistic missile would be the cruise missile which travels horizontally, hugging the terrain, until reaching its target. Both types can be armed with a variety of weapons.
This is why, when talking about guns, you hear the term ballistic, as the bullet is only powered for a short time (while traveling through the barrel of the gun) and continues un-powered to its target. A bullet is a ballistic "missile" (of sorts).

A non ballistic missile is an area where missiles are fired at the enemy. If it is a non ballistic missle, it means that it can harm no one.

An ALBM is an air-launched ballistic missile, a ballistic missile launched from a bomber.
A place where a ballistic missile is stored ready for launching is a missile silo.
ICBM intercontinental ballistic missile
Grozny ballistic missile attack happened on 1999-10-21.
A linen is a non ballistic missile, FOR SO it is recommended as a filament. It may cause explosions
It's a submarine-launched ballistic missile system comprised of the Trident missile, the special Trident warheads and the Ohio-class ballistic missile sub.
The Romans created the first ballista. It looked like a very large cross bow. It throws things a long way (relatively). A ballistic missile throws itself. An anti-ballistic missile throws itself at the incoming ballistic missile.
Continental Ballistic Missile
Intercontinental Ballistic Missile
The Agni-IV intermediate range ballistic missile's range is 3,200 - 3,700 km.
The German A4/V2 Missile was a Ballistic Missile. A ballistic missile is a missile that follows an sub orbital ballistic flightpath with the objective of delivering one or more warheads to a predetermined target. The missile is only guided during the relatively brief initial powered phase of flight and its course is subsequently governed by the laws of orbital mechanics and ballistics. Up to now all ballistic missiles have been propelled during powered flight by a chemical rocket engines of various types.
A missile with a range of 3500+ miles is an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).
