Olive Leaf Extract is, as its name implies, a substance extracted from Olive Leaves. It is immune boosting. One can take a daily dose for immunity maintenance or take a slightly higher dose as soon as one begins to feel well or stressed and continue until one feels better. The Elixir is stronger than the tablets but for taste's sake (The elixir tastes like it was scraped off the road) it is easier to give children the tablet form. Personally I find it brilliant and haven't had a real sick day or needed my Asthma inhaler (ventolin) in over 1 1/2 years since I discovered it.
