Some jobs doesnt care what state you have taken the exam in they will still hire you if you have your CNA certificate, as for some laws in Oregon though requires you to take the Oregon exam because each state varies, I was a CNA in Oregon, and I'm in Utah now they require here I take the Utah exam before they except me for the CNA position.
