problem code 0465 means there's a very small leak in the EVAP system (the system that takes fuel vapors from the gas tank and stores them in a charcoal canister for later use). There are several lines of the EVAP system, and sad to say the very small leak could be anywhere.
The professional way to find the leak is to have a smoke test done. The auto shop will pressurize the system with visible smoke and see where it leaks out. This costs anywhere from $80-$200. I just went under my Neon and found a hose attached to the charcoal canister that was worn on the ends. I replaced it, and when the ECM (engine control module) did its every-other-day full check, the check engine light went out. The new hose cost me $8 from my local Dodge dealership.
The charcoal canister is located toward the rear of the car behind the fuel tank on the passenger's side. It's easy to access if you have jack stands.
