When is metal not a metal
Metals have luster ,they are electric and heat conductors , moreover they have high melting and boiling points. This properties will distinguish it from nonmetals.
-
Why is a metal not a metal
ahhh, but a metal IS a metal.A metal is a metal because it is malleable, shiny, and ductile (can be drawn into wire). It can conduct electricity, and magnetism.A non-metal is brittle, dull or...

Is arsenic a metal non-metal or semi-metal
arsenic is a semi-metal

What causes low conductivity.... metal plus metal or non-metal plus non-metal or metal plus non
well, not metal+metal, but for the other 2 you'd have to specify, because water+metal=good conductivity & just water or another liquid = good conductivity. now stone, it is a horrible conductor.
