What is positive attitude?

To understand positive attitude we must know what exactly the mind is.

The mind anatomically:

All the skeletal muscles of the body isometrically contract and relax (harden and soften) as a single unit called Unified Skeletal Muscle, popularly known as mind.

The Attitudes:

We are endowed with seven distinct minds, each with unique properties. We can use all the seven and select the best for the purpose or we can use the default Semi voluntary mind.

In the semi voluntary mind we will have voluntary or manual force sandwiched between two layers of involuntary or automatic forces.

The attitudes are the outer boundaries of the involuntary forces. Thus, there is a positive attitude and a negative attitude.

The attitudes force us back towards our 'I' thus preventing us from losing control over ourselves. They are thus the most vital component of mental sanity.

Benefits of Positive attitude:

At our positive attitude,

1. We are totally dissatisfied with what we have. This forces us to achieve more

2. Our mind is maximally active

3. We can convert our thoughts into actions easily.

4. We become interested in what we want to achieve

5. Our fears get abolished.

6. We can work nonstop

Disadvantages of using the positive attitude:

1. We would be using the least efficient part of our mind

2. We would be using the least controllable part of our mind

3. Our judgment would be highly impaired as we would be ignoring the rest of our life. Thus, we may end up paying too much for something which is not worth anything.

4. We would be having maximum amount of stress at rest

5. since at the positive attitude we are totally dissatisfied in what we have it may make life disgusting if our efforts fail continuously.
