What is potato whisky called?

In: Liquor
[Edit]

Answer

Vodka, to my knowledge.

You're probably refering to the Irish moonshine known as Pocheen (poo-cheen). This has been illegal for a number of years due to it's potency however there is now a weaker version available on the commercial market.
