∙ 7y agoThere is no such thing as a 'PSN card generator'. PSN codes are only active when purchased - the best a 'generator' can do is produce a code that 'could' possibly be a live one, but the chances of it matching the code of a currently live code is trillions to one.
Instead, people claim they can create codes in order to scam people who look for things like that. They will say the generator needs a code to run, and that code requires a survey to be completed. These surveys are how the scammers make their money.
