Generally we refer to the English spoken in the British Isles as "British English," but the distinction could be made between various forms of it: Irish English, Scottish English and English English.
Old English (up to about 1200) has an exclusively Germanic vocabulary, complex declension systems, a completely separate set of pronouns for two people as opposed to one or three, and odd syntax....
