What is relationship between wattage and production of photons?

Answer:
You must be talking about some kind of electric light. If an ordinary filament bulb, then the electric power heats a filament. Some of this heat is conducted away. The rest is converted to radiation (photons), of which a small proportion is in the visible part of the spectrum. Typically, less than 5% of the supplied power is visible light. Discharge lamps are much more efficient. The latest solid state chips are very efficient.
