10463 seems to be the code. It worked for my Comcast remote. From what I found online it works for other universal remote brands as well. I was able to get eight different codes, the code that worked for my Insignia 52in was
10463. The other codes are:

Insignia flat screen tv's are really just the previous year's LG tv's with Insignia logos on them so the LG codes should work.

We were looking for an Insignia code for the MediaCom standard remotes. None of the Insignia codes were working. After trying all of internal codes we were at a loss. I read the post above and decided to give the Sansui code a shot and it worked on the first try.
We are using an Insignia 32 HTDV and a MediaCom remote control and the Sansui code 0463 worked perfectly.
0463 also worked for insignia ns-lcd22-09
