I thought it was a large type of siloxanes that is stable for an overwide ranges of degree of temperatures. Also it's used in making body implants. thanks for a good Question.

It is an element, so it is not composed of elements, like molecules are (such as carbon dioxide).

So… it is composed of protons, neutrons and electrons (although this is true of every element, of course).
