No,spirituality isn't the same as religion. Im sure you know of your soul? Well some think deeper into that. Like chakra,praying,rituals,charms,or things like pagianism. Im a wiccan myself,and i enjoy going into the rituals. Wiccan covens are always welcome to anyone who comes,either if you join the ritual or not. Wicca is seen a either a natural spiritual religion,or just a way of life.
Spirituality can be compared to the nutritional value of food and religion as the food while religiosity is the preparation of the food.
