the 10 and 7.5 part is hydrocodone the 325 and 650 is tylenol. so the 10/325 has more narcotics in it if that is what you mean.

It's the same amount of Hydrocodone (5mg); the 325 and the 500 are the amounts of Tylenol.

If perscribed liquid Codeine, Codeine. Other than that hydrocodone is a bit stronger pill form.
