Sulfuric acid is a strong mineral acid with H2SO4 as its chemical formula. When it is in water, it dissociates into two hydrogen or hydronium ions (2H+) and a sulfate ion (SO4-2). It is produced in huge quantities in the chemical industry because it has so many uses.
By burning (oxidizing) pure sulfur, we create sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide. And then by mixing sulfur dioxide with water in a contact process, we create sulfurous acid (H2SO3) and the sulfur trioxide produces sulfuric acid (H2SO4). This is also the origin of acid rain. When high-sulfur coal is burnt it produces the same gases and the same chemistry happens in the clouds.
It is manufactured around the world. Whole rail tank cars can be seen filled with it, and it is transported across the country just like that. Sulfuric acid is critical in the manufacture of fertilizers and detergents.
Sulfur trioxide (SO3) is a corrosive gas found in Venus' atmosphere: It is also the acid anhydride of sulfuric acid: H2O + SO3 --> H2SO4.
Sulfuric acid is a highly ionized solution of a compound with the chemical formula of H2SO4.
Sylfwrig Asid is a type of acid (obviously!) that can be used to make paint, cleaning products, fibr and some more things.
i dont know that is why im asking.
Sulfuric acid is just sulfuric acid. It does not belong to any group of acids, because all acids are the same: they donate H+ ions.
the two acids are sulfuric acid and nitric acid
