Synthetic heroin usually is methadone, oxycodone, precocet, or any other opiate pill that can be prescribed . Suboxone however is an partial agonist/antagonist. Suboxone blocks out the high of the heroin due to it being a partical agonist/antagonist. It's prescribed to people that are trying to kick their habit or frequent heroin users use them to make the withdrawal symptoms not seem so bad. It can also be prescribed for pain. Never use suboxone and heroin together, this is how most people overdose. When using suboxone it blocks certain receptors in your brain, but when you use heroin on top of it, you'll have to use more heroin because of the receptors being blocked.
