A temporal distortion occurs when 2 dimensions interact with one another, the observer may be able to catch a fleeting glance into 'another world'. A good example of a temporal distortion are ghosts. Ghosts are perceived as visitations from the afterlife where as all it is, is 2 dimensions existing simultaneously and temporarily coexisting. Man is indeed capable of creating a temporal distortion which can be induced using ancient mystical school teachings and more commonly, hallucinogens.

What is temporal dispersion?

Temporal dispersion refers to the spreading out of different components of a signal in time. It often occurs in communication systems when different parts of a signal travel at different velocities, leading to a distortion of the original signal. Temporal dispersion can degrade the quality of transmitted information and is a challenge that needs to be managed in signal processing and communication engineering.
