There is no cheat code for warp speed running, when you use action replay with animal crossing wild world that's automatically a cheat that comes loaded on your action replay. To walk on water, you have to be already on warp speed and plant a pitfall next to the water. when you're running and you step on it, instead of falling in the pitfall, you'll slide (because you're still running on warp speed) and slide into the ocean. Press A a few times to stand up, then just walk around like normal. This makes it a lot easier to fish!!
