What is the Air Force chain of command from President to immediate supervisor? |
[Improve]
The answer to this question is totally dependent on the individual asking. The chain of command in any of the US armed forces changes depending on an individuals unit. If you are an Airman, your chain of command is going to be longer than for a Master Sergeant. If Airman has a buddy in a different squadron or wing, they are going to have totally separate chains of command for the first few levels.
This being said, nearly everyone has The President, Vice President, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Chief of Staff. (The Vice President is not in the chain of command. The Vice President has no command authority over any member of the armed forces.)
