Depends on the Engine, Transmission and Gear Ratio in the rear axle. I know that a 5.4L V8 w/ Auto trans and 3.73 gears = 15,000 GCWR. With 4.10 gears it is 17,000 GCWR. A V10 (6.8 Liter) w/ 3.73 = 17,000 GCWR, 4.10/4.30 gears = 20,000 GCWR. The diesel 7.3 Liter V8 is only offered with 3.73 gears and offers a GCWR of 20,000 lbs. Hope that helps.
