If you are referring to a dual-dated 1776-1976 Bicentennial dollar, circulation issues were struck in copper-nickel and are worth face value only.

Proofs and mint-set coins were struck in both copper-nickel and 40% silver. The silver coins sell for 7 or 8 dollars, the copper-nickel ones for about $3.

It's a Eisenhower Bicentennial dollar NOT a Liberty Bell silver dollar, and none of the Eisenhower bicentennial dollars made for general circulation have any silver or are worth more than face value. Only Proof and collectors coins sold from the US Mint are worth more.
