A tier-1 ISP connets to all other tier-1 ISP's; a tier-2 ISP connects to only a few of the tier-1 ISPs. Also a tier-2 ISP is a customer of one or more tier-1.
Metro Cities are called Tier 1
"Tiers" are the item levels. Potions at Tier 1 restore less HP then those of Tier 2. Tier 1 potions heal 250 HP while those of Tier 3 can heal 1250. Basically, the higher the tier the stronger that item is.
NO
SEAL Team 6( know known as DEVGRU) is the SEALs Tier 1 unit, meaning they are the highest level.
Neither. Each unit has it's strengths and weaknesses. SEAL teams will most likely be called in if the target is on the ocean or some other water location or when stealth is a better choice instead of a direct raid. Rangers, as a rapid-deployment unit, specialize in airfield seizures and building raids. In the Tier system mentioned in the previous answer, the regular SEAL teams are Tier 3, while the Army Rangers are Tier 2. This is because of their mission differences. The Army Rangers are Tier 2 because they are the ones who provide most of the support and reinforcements for the Tier 1 units - Delta and DevGru. The regular SEAL teams and Army Special Forces are Tier 3 because they are not needed as much for JSOC operations. The Tier system is not a measurement of unit toughness. That is a common misconception. It is actually used to determine how much funding each unit receives in order to get what they need to accomplish their mission.
In Automotive manufacturing a Tier 1 contracts and supplies material / parts direct to an OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer), A Tier 2 sells to the Tier 1 and the Tier 3 sells to the Tier 2.
Tier 1 is the top tier... this would includes groups such as Delta Force, SEAL Team 6, 22nd SAS Regiment, etc.
tier 1 companies is not only based on turn over it also based on the employee welfare, what security they are providing, what facility they are providing for the employee.
A tier 2 organisation is a company that generates a revenue of one hundred million - one billion... Anything above one billion is classed as tier 1. A tier 2 organisation also has between 4000 and 1000 employees.
