The following info is from the U.S. Dept. of State ( http://www.travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_991.html ) "Business visas for Oman must be arranged in advance through an Omani sponsor. To obtain a visa or for details on entry and travel requirements, please contact the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman, 2535 Belmont Road NW, Washington, DC 20008, telephone (202) 387-1980/2. " As of May 17, 2008: Oman doesn't seem to have a website for their US embassy. Their UK webste only lists info on tourist visas. Seems you'll have to pick up the phone and ring them.
