The only one who is going to know the analysis is Fiat. Obviously the analysis is a collection of data based on and particular to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, specific to Fiat. The company is not going to divulge that information in the strictest sense, because this is how they develop their strategy and tactics to achieve the goals and objectives of the company. They will attempt to maximize their strengths and opportunities while minimizing their weaknesses and threats. Still ,they are not going to give this information openly and I would imagine you can understand why, especially considering the competition who are doing the same thing within their organization. What you can do, is do some research (which you may have been asked to do), use some critical thinking skills, and develop your own list as to the SWOT factors which must include the internal and external driving forces (environmental factors) particular to Fiat. Then give your opinions and recommendations.

While the above is true to an extent, SWOT analysis' are more often created by industry analysts. While Fiat has their own internal SWOTs, there are many available online for purchase from industry professionals.
