How to use the action replay code Pokemon modifier?

First of all you'll need the Pokemon Calculator. Type in the Pokedex Number of the Pokemon you want (National Pokedex.). Then Press L. Hit the clear button (Do not hold L) then type in the level you want the Pokemon to be at. Then Press R and Clear again. (Do not hold R.) Then press select, and walk into TALL GRASS. The requeted Pokemon should appear at the lvl you wanted. Have Fun!

Press L+R. Go to your bag. Go to the items slot. There should be 493 Masterballs in there. So subtract the pokedex number from 493 and toss the number of masterballs that you got doing the subtraction problem. Say you want Mew:

His Pokedex number is 151. So subtract 151 from 493. 493-151=342. So toss 342 Masterballs. You will have 151. Go into the grass and run around while holding down L. You should encounter mew.

If you dont, then check and make sure that your code is correct. You can still use the masterballs even though they are in a weird place.
