Also lawyers, planters, and merchants had assembly seats by the amount of the land they owned. Areas also had wealth in the land like Britain or England wanting more settlements to cover land.

They have very little in common. The only two things that I can think of are that both countries have a long western coastline, but eastern land boundaries and that the "wealth" of both countries come from mines in the land (Morocco has phosphate mines while Wales has coal mines).
