Since Brahmans are the latest maturing breed of all the breeds in North America, most heifers don't reach puberty until they're around 18 to 20 months of age. Bulls won't reach puberty until they're around 16 to 18 months of age. They are able to breed once they have passed this age-point of sexual maturity.

Any age past the time they've had their second calf. A cow is a female bovine that has had at least 2 calves, and once she's a cow, and if she's not pregnant, then you can breed her any time.

If you're asking about a HEIFER, then the best time to get her bred is when she reaches around 15 months of age AND is at least 60% of the mature bodyweight of the main cowherd.
