"Disabled" by Wilfred Owen explores the physical and psychological effects of war on a soldier who has lost his limbs. The poem highlights the contrasting perspectives of society towards the soldier before and after his injury, emphasizing the loneliness and despair he feels after becoming disabled. Owen conveys the poem's anti-war message through vivid imagery and poignant descriptions of the soldier's suffering.
