How to use:

Go to Canalave city and stand in front of the pokemart. Hold L+R and walk in. Once inside you will see a delivery man in green next to the counter. Talk to him to receive the member card. Walk up to the hotel and read the sign.

If the sign says the text is too faded to read, you haven't found either the lunar wing on Fullmoon Island, or you haven't been upgraded to your nationaldex. (These are necessary to enter the hotel).

If you CAN read the sign, proceed inside the hotel, and just listen to the guy talk. Go to the bed and fall asleep. Now, you will wake up on Newmoon Island (You cannot fly off the island or return to the island, so bring your strongest Pokemon or at least someone to combat the Darkrai). Proceed to the forest area and save before you approach it. Just talk to Darkrai and have a quick battle, most likely resulting in you catching it, seeing that this Pokemon is very rare.

It's best you don't use a masterball because you'll want it for Cresselia, Mespirit, or one of the three legendary birds, which run all over sinnoh and flee from battle in the first turn.
