the producer might be reindeer moss,
the herbivore could be an acrtic moose, if those exist, or an animal that lives in the arctic tundra that only eats plants,
the carnivore might be an Arctic fox, and the decomposer could be fungi
The food chain is alive and thriving in the Arctic tundra. First, there is bacteria in the water, which small fish eat off of. The lakes are shallow. It is also very cold there, so most of the animals living there have fur coats, thick hide, lots of feathers, etc. Well In the primary producers is grass and other small flower-like plants that survive cold climates. Plants are short because the ground is warm, and they like being warm. Some plants even have hair. Next is the primary consumers. There are musk oxen, insects like mosquitoes, and lemmings. (rat-like creatures) Small predators, like the Snowy Owl and the Arctic Fox feed off of mostly the lemmings. There are much more animals I didn't mention, but I hope this gives you an idea of what its like! :)
Producers: Grasses and Caribou Mosses
Carnivores: Polar Bears and Arctic Wolves
Herbivores: Caribou and Lemmings
Omnivores: Arctic Fox and Brown Bears
Decomposer: Bacteria and Fungi
One example of a tundra food chain is grass is consumed by lemmings, which are eaten by Arctic fox. Another would be grass is eaten by caribou, and caribou are eaten by wolves. A third example could be Canada goose eats seeds, and an Arctic fox eats the goose.

This is one of a short food chain in tundra.
First, reindeer eats the mushroom
then, grizzly bear eat the reindeer
finally, grizzly bear dies and mushrooms grow on him
then it goes again and again...
a good example is lichen rein deer polor bear fungi. hope i helped :D
Artic Willow -> Artic Hare -> Artic Fox -> Wolf
predator eats prey!
no
a lichen is a decomposer
Polar Bears Arctic Fox's Coyotes Grizzly bears Killer Whales
They try to eat very warm food, they also hunt for fish and animals in the Arctic tundra.
Yes, polar bears are on the top of the Arctic food chain. Then the seals.
Tundra. The arctic tundra in the summer and then they migrate to the Boreal Forest in the winter.
Arctic Foxes and scavenger birds
Yes.
If you mean Arctic tundra then yes.
there are no decomposers in a tundra
The arctic tundra has poor soil
Simplistically, from their food. However, the base of the food chains, the producers of the tundra, are the plants such as arctic mosses, which photosynthesise like plants everywhere.
The Danish territory of Greenland is in the Arctic Tundra. The Canadian territories of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon are in the Arctic Tundra.
