This question does not have an exact answer. There are too many variables. Someone could give you an average amount of inches, but the true answer is determined by genetics & environment. If the parents are both under 5'7", the child will definitely not grow as tall as a child whose mother is 5'9" and whose father is 6'3". Diet and exercise can play a vital role in developement also. If a child sits and watches t.v. all day and eats maccaroni and cheese and potato chips all the time, chances are that he won't develope the same as a child who eats a variety of vegetables and fruits, and who climbs trees and runs around the yard all day long. An "average # of inches" will not be acurate for your child specifically.

With females, it is an average of 3-3.5 inches per year. With males, it is an average of 4 inches per year. You can increase these numbers by exercise, proteins [Found in meats, dairy, nuts, e.c.t. (you're out of luck if you are a vegetarian who's allergic to nuts and dairy)], amino acids (found in proteins), B vitamins (found in dairy), and stress relief (found in good karma, punching pillows, resting, laughing, smiling, positive thoughts, good relationships, and good friendships) while you were waiting for a good answer (unless mine didn't help at all) I think you might have grown a bit.

This dependant on the nationality and history of the people in question. The average height varies from country to country. The estimated average height for the human male across the world is approximately 5ft 8 1/2in (1.73 m.) For women this is 5ft 3 in (1.60 m.) This can vary considerably - the tallest people in the world are those living in the Netherlands at an average of 6 ft (1.84 m) the shortest the Maya inhabitants of Guatemala at 5'2" (1.57 m). Women are shorter than men.

Since you aren't specific for which country/ethnicity, I'm going to assume this is speaking of worldwide, meaning that the average would be around the 5'7.5" range, maybe a tad less.

There is no average height, it all depends on your genes e.g. Parents' height.

And all depends on how far you are into puberty.

How many years difference is it between a rabbit and a human?

Rabbits have an average lifespan of 6 - 10 years and they are considered fully grown by 8 months to a year old. The average human lifespan is currently estimated at 70 - 75 years and a human is generally considered fully grown by about 18 - 20 years old. So in comparison, a rabbit could be said to mature as much as 25 times faster than a human, but then the aging factor slows down to only about 8 - 10 times faster once adulthood is reached.
