• What about operations? A number of private clinics - in London and elsewhere - now offer operations that claim to make the penis look bigger. The expense of this type of surgery is very great! And there is a risk of complications, like bleeding, infection, or deformity. One fairly simple surgical procedure which has become popular in 2005 is simply slicing through the ligament which supports the penis. This makes it dangle more so that it looks longer when non-erect. But when it is erect, the penis will still be the same size and it won't come up as high as it used to before the operation. It is recommended that you do not agree to undergo such surgery unless you have seen an NHS consultant urologist who feels that you really need it. Some urologists particularly on the Continent are beginning to use a special frame which is fixed to the penis, so as to try and stretch it. Very occasionally, a man with a big penis feels that he wants it reduced in size. This can be done, but there is quite a risk that the operation might go wrong. Again, we advise you not to have this operation unless an NHS consultant urologist has said it is necessary.

Well, is it 2in hard or soft? I am guessing soft. Normal is about 3-4 soft. Hey, not everyone can be Tommy Lee! Size depends on DNA or lack thereof. According to Dr.Oz from Oprah's show, a guy who loses 35lbs will gain 1in of penis (belly fat will deflate causing penis to be longer and leaner - it doesn't really grow). In my opinion, 2in is below normal, but it can still get the job done!
