In economic sense, office computers are very close to perfect competition since nearly all computer parts are homogenous. This factor varies widely from one country to another. In the U.S, when it comes to computers they are normally cheaper than in UK or in Malta since the competition in the US is much higher and computers are more available than in Malta.
