I'm 19 and 4'8". Anywhere between 6 stone 8oz and 8 stone is normal. My weight is around 7 stone (98lbs) and I'm not fat, but not too thin. You probably wont grow any taller but youre weight is bound to increase as your body shape changes within the next few years, but don't stress about it. It doesn't mean you're fat. Try going on a website that calculates your BMI (type 'BMI' into Google). That should tell you if your weight is correct for your height.
