That depends upon your physical composition or frame; however even that is not necessarily a fully accurate indicator. Some folks wrap their thumbs and forefingers round their wrist and generally if your thumb and forefinger touch you have a medium frame, if they do not, you have a larger frame, if they overlap, you have a smaller frame; other factors will come into play such as distribution and amount of adipose tissue (breasts, hips, thighs, body fat) as well as muscular development and mass. Race BTW plays no factor. If you are truly conscious about your self-image and appearance try a balanced regimen of moderate exercise and a balanced and sensible diet, also look into taking multivitamins. If reducing body fat is your goal you could try adding more vegetables and lean meats like lean cuts of beef, also poultry (chicken, turkey), fish, and there are good lowfat and even fatfree dairy products like milk, cheeses, cottage cheese, sour cream, even yogurt! Also consider working out with free weights, but see a doctor before starting an exercise programme. Also, try plain nonfat yogurt instead of mayonnaise on your Sandwiches and making dressings with plain nonfat yogurt instead of oil vinegar and mayonnaise as well. You'll replace the fat content with protein and that may enhance the flavour.

Around 120lbs is AVERAGE. That's in between the lightest and heaviest people in that age group. It varies ALOT with age, gender and race. If you're concerned about your body weight, talk to your doctor.

If you are 5,3 then your ideal weight would be around 115 pounds, or 52kgs. But this can differ, and especially for people around the age of 16, as this is the time when the body does all of its growing, it is not uncommon for a person to be a little bit larger or smaller during puberty, but with a healthy diet and regular exercise your weight should stabalise as you get older. But if you have any doubts its a good idea to visit your family doctor.
