There's no one answer to that question. There are height and weight charts available, but weight is determined by bone and muscle mass and the individual build of a person's body. well it depends on your body structure. some people can pull off 125 and look great. that may be too skinny for some people. i would say around 135-140 is okay. but 130 would be ideal for someone with light bones.
