* This is a difficult thing to answer. The reason being that there are so many factors which determine your health weight. What you should concern yourself with is not your total weight, but your body composition. What do I mean by 'composition'? I'm talking about how your weight is distributed. Bones, organs (including skin), muscle and even fat. * You need to have your body fat percentages calculated. This can be done at home with a household scale (providing that it measures body fat... as mine does.) But the best way to find out is by visiting a doctor. They have both the knowledge and tools to determine this correctly. * A healthy female's body should be composed of and 21-25% fat. Levels significantly higher than this amounts could indicate too much body fat. It sounds like a lot, but body fat is very useful to body function. * If you the doctor says that your fat percentage is over significantly. I do not recommend someone of your age dieting, but it might be a good idea to increase your exercise. A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. Anymore than that means that your either losing water (which you need) or you have some parasite (like a tapeworm) in crawling in your intestines. * My best estimate? For a 16 year-old girl 5' 2"... Probably in the range 115 - 140 pounds. Again that depends on your body composition. If you are in sports you may have a higher level of muscle, which would increase your weight (as muscle weighs more than fat). For this reason someone of your age and height may weigh as much as 160 without being overweight. * About 115 - 125lbs, but it depends on what you eat everyday. If you are not active for your age then you will probably weigh more depending on your metabolism

It really depends on where you're from. If it's an impoverished nation (most African nations, Poor Asian nations, etc) 80-90 pounds. If you're an American, probably around 190 pounds. Anywhere else, around 105-110.

Well the "average" varies depending on where you are. I would say about (not a licensed physician or anything similar) 160-180 would be the "average" Ive met one girl that was 5,3 that only weighed 110 pounds.
