What is the balanced equation for the reaction of glucose and oxygen to produce carbon dioxide and water?

Answer:
C12H22O11 + 12O2 ---> 12CO2 + 11H2O

While that's a fine and balanced equation, C12H22O11 isn't glucose.

What you want is this:

C6H12O6 + 6 O2 ---> 6 CO2 + 6 H2O

Sorry about that. I read the glucose formula wrong. :c
